What is your return/exchange policy?
Our products are custom printed to order based on your size and art work selected, therefore we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. In the event that the item you purchase is damaged or defective, we are happy to replace the order ASAP with the same design/size/material once proof of damage/misprint is received. Photos of the damage or defect must be submitted within 72 hours (3 days) of the items being delivered. All clothing items must be unworn and non-clothing items must be unused.

Can I change or edit my order?
If you placed an order by mistake or need to make changes to your order, please contact us within 6 hours to edit or cancel your order. After 6 hours we will be unable to make changes or cancel your order.
What Size is Recommended?
Sizing charts are provided in each product listing - if you like a loose fit or oversized look, we recommend sizing up. If you have any questions about sizing please send us a message here: https://vivateesco.com/pages/contact
How long until I receive my order?
Due to high demand, please allow up to 10 business days for your custom made order to arrive. Once your order been printed, it will be shipped with online tracking, and text/email notifications. Unexpected delays may occur during major holidays or sales, so please plan ahead accordingly to order your items and gifts in advance before you need them.

Orders are made and shipped from the US
I only received part of my order, do my items ship separately?
Yes, due to packaging limitations or because some of our items are stored in separate warehouses some items may ship shipped separately.
Do you ship Internationally?
At the moment we only ship orders within the United States

Quality is important to us! We test and approve each item that we sell in our shop
